Leuze electronic has trimmed the new 49C series for performance and flexible use in various fields of application.
The light scanners, throughbeam photoelectric sensors and retro-reflective photoelectric sensors of the new series can be flexibly used for detection tasks at operating ranges of up to 120 m and in the entire supply voltage range from 20 to 250 V AC/DC. Leuze electronic thus meets the various requirements in the wood working industry, in machine and system construction, especially in the vicinity of cranes, at loading gates or in automatic parking garages. Flexibility is ensured by functions for response or switch-off delay, automatic sensitivity readjustment (e.g. to avoid overdrive), the reversible switching behavior and models with optics heating. The high degree of protection IP 67 in combination with integrated heating makes outdoor use possible, even in transition areas where condensation can occur. Available at a comparable price level, these compact sensors are compatible with standard sensors with respect to fastening and they are especially easy to install thanks to their front terminal compartment.
